About Us

Who is The Hall Law Practice?

The Hall Law Practice is a family run general law practice that helps everyday people in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. We currently have two attorneys, Tatianya Hall and Sam Hall. Our main building is located in Neosho, Missouri. We also have office space in Northwest Arkansas if that is a more convenient place for clients to meet with us.

What is general practice? General practice is sometimes called “street law” by attorneys. That basically means we will take anything that comes off the street including criminal law, custody, divorce, guardianship, probate and bankruptcy.

The law is a tool that is designed to help people. Unfortunately, sometimes the law is hard to understand even for Lawyers and Judges let alone people without a law degree. We can help you navigate your legal troubles and get you the very best outcome that we are able.

We understand that every case is unique and so is every person. Here at the Hall Law Practice we make sure that every one of our clients are treated respectfully and that each client’s case is handled professionally.

Tatianya Hall

Tatianya grew up on a farm just outside of Joplin, Missouri. She studied history at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee before returning to Missouri for her law degree. Tati spent her first 5 years after passing the bar practicing civil litigation in Southern Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Tati holds bar licenses in both Missouri and Arkansas.

Tati understands that there is a level of stress that naturally accompanies the situations her clients bring her. She strives to alleviate that stress with compassion, empathy, and taking the time to explain the law. Tati aggressively pushes cases towards resolution to get an end in sight for her clients.

Tati has tried all kinds of cases, from tiny bench trials that took an hour of the court’s time to 2-week jury trials that returned 7 figure verdicts. Everyday people have legal needs that vary in complexity. It seems sometimes people think their problem is too small, they don’t deserve help, or they are intimidated by the traditional lawyer. We believe it is our privilege and honor to welcome everyday people into our office and help them with whatever legal battle they are facing, big or small.

Sam Hall

A native of Northwest Arkansas, Sam received both his bachelor’s in political science and his law degree from the University of Arkansas. After passing the bar, Sam spent his first two years as a lawyer doing general practice. He moved to Bentonville in 2014 and has spent the last nine years doing criminal defense work. He is an active member of both the Missouri and Arkansas Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

To Sam, it doesn’t matter how big or small the case is. He handles each of his cases the same- as a zealous advocate who believes that everyone deserves their day in court.

Everyday people make mistakes, including Police Officers, Prosecutors and even Judges. It doesn’t matter if a person is innocent or guilty; their rights are the same. Sam makes sure that all his clients are treated with respect and afforded every defense that is possible under the law.

During his practice as a criminal defense attorney, Sam has handled hundreds of felonies and tried almost a hundred jury trials. As such, he is well positioned to handle most of The Hall Law Practice’s criminal cases. Sam is currently accepting all types of criminal defense cases, from minor traffic tickets to capital murder cases in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. He looks forward to helping you with all your criminal matters.
